Flex Training is passionate about helping businesses and individuals improve their First Aid Skills. First Aid is one course that's relevant to all parts of life - in the home, in the workplace, on holiday or when volunteering. Flex Training offers work, home and venue-based training sessions in First Aid. We work with businesses and organisations across the UK and with parents and carers in the local Essex area.
